Writer. Coach. Storyteller. Speaker. Mother. After two decades in executive roles, I walked away for a different kind of power. Everything I create now is for women who are ready for more truth, more freedom, more of their own life. Vancouver-based, California-rooted, and happily global.

I didn't set out to do this work. I set out to come home to myself. What I found in that process became everything I now create, teach, and explore with others.

The Road I Didn’t See Coming

Two decades in executive roles at Fortune 100 companies like CBS and JPMorgan Chase gave me an intimate understanding of high-pressure environments. I led global teams, ran a creative agency, and founded a C-suite event series for women in Fortune 500 companies. I know the particular weight that comes with leadership at that level. The noise is loud. The echo chambers can be misleading. Slowly, imperceptibly, our world shrinks and we begin to believe the road we're on is the only road there is.

The most fearless thing I've done is slow down and listen. Breathwork, meditation, and somatic awareness opened me to an intelligence I hadn't been taught to value. The habitual shoulds started to fall away. My world expanded. I could see how narrow my conditioned perspective had been. There was no map, only a quiet knowing to stay the course. And slowly, a joy I didn't know I was missing emerged. It is more meaningful and alive than anything I once mistook for fulfillment.

This work begins with telling the truth, first to yourself, then out loud.
