Two decades in executive roles at Fortune 100 companies like CBS and JPMorgan Chase gave me an intimate understanding of high-pressure environments. I led global teams, ran a creative agency, and founded a C-suite event series for women in Fortune 500 companies. I know the particular weight that comes with leadership at that level. The noise is loud. The echo chambers can be misleading.
The most fearless thing I've done is slow down and listen. Breathwork, meditation, and somatic awareness gave me access to an intelligence I hadn't been taught to value — and couldn't unfind once I discovered it. Our perspectives and experiences are not incidental. They are earned, layered, and necessary. When we trust them fully and speak them honestly, something shifts — for ourselves, and for the women who come after us.
